Terms & Conditions of Entry

Terms of Reference

• Event: POTP Brighton 2026 — hereafter referred to as "POTP", "The Event".
• Promoter / Owner / Organiser: BN1 Events Collective Ltd and its respective representatives, employees and sub-contractors — hereafter referred to as "We", "Our", "The Organisers", "Us".
• Venue: Preston Park, Brighton, England, BN1 6SD. As defined by the events fence lines and site hire agreement — hereafter referred to as "The Event Site", "Venue".
• Who these Terms apply to: Ticket Holders and those who are at the event — hereafter referred to as "You", "Ticket Holder", "Customer", "Individual", "Group".
• Terms: Terms & Conditions of Entry — hereafter referred to as "These T&Cs", "The T&Cs".
• Date: These Terms & Conditions of Entry were updated on and take effect from 11/02/26.

General

These T&Cs incorporate, and should be read in conjunction with, any ticket vendor's and / or ticket agent's terms or rules, which you can obtain from the vendor / agent you purchased your tickets from. Your purchase and / or possession of a ticket constitutes your acceptance of these T&Cs.

These T&Cs apply to all individuals and groups who wish to gain access to or are present at the event site. This includes (but is not limited to) paying ticket holders, complimentary / guestlist ticket holders, artists / performers and working personnel.

Working Personnel (including artists / performers) who are in possession of working accreditation must abide by these T&Cs, in addition to the POTP Brighton 2026 Accreditation Terms & Conditions. Copies of which are available on the Accreditation System and from the onsite Accreditation Office.

These T&Cs are governed by English Law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If any of these T&Cs are unclear, please contact the Organisers.

We reserve the right to make alterations to the time, date, duration, and venue of the event in the event of unforeseen or other circumstances, including (but without limitation) Force Majeure, safety and security concerns or decisions from authorised persons or other competent authority. The advertised artist / performer line-up, attractions and facilities are subject to change at any time without notice.

Amendments to these Terms & Conditions of Entry

• We reserve the right to add to or amend these T&Cs.
• Amendments will take effect from the date stated in the updated version of these T&Cs.
• We will notify you of amended versions of these T&Cs by posting them on our website. Please check regularly for amendments to ensure you have the latest event information.
• If you purchase a ticket and there is a subsequent amendment to these T&Cs, you agree to be bound by the updated version.

Accessibility

We aim to accommodate accessibility needs to the best of our ability. Please contact the access team via the official event website in advance of the event to discuss your requirements, as services have limited capacity and are likely to sell out in advance.

The event is held on a greenfield site and open-air. We cannot guarantee protection from the weather or the ability to access all areas of the event.

Assistance Dogs

• Assistance Dogs are permitted within the event site and must be kept on a lead whilst within the event site.
• It is the responsibility of the owner to clean up after the assistance dog.
• The Event will be busy and noisy — please consider the welfare of the assistance dog.

Free Carer Entry Ticket scheme

The Event operates a Free Carer Entry Ticket scheme for applicable customers. Carer Entry Tickets are available to those who can provide evidence of one of the following:

• Access Card (also known as CredAbility or Nimbus card) with a +1 Icon.
• DLA letter showing the middle / higher rate. This must be recent and clearly show the Name and Address of the recipient and the rates of Mobility and Personal Care / Daily Living components you have been awarded.
• Personal Independence Payment (PIP). This must be recent and clearly show the Name and Address of the recipient and the rates of Mobility and Personal Care / Daily Living components you have been awarded.
• Evidence of Armed Forces Independent Payment.
• Evidence that shows you are registered severely sight impaired (blind) and / or deaf.
• Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate required).
• Medical Profession Letter.

We recognise that the evidence above is not definitive. If you do not have any of the above, please contact us via the official event website to discuss your requirements. Supporting documents must be clearly dated within the last 12 months or show the current valid date and clearly show the Name and Address of the recipient.

• A maximum of one Free Carer Entry Ticket is available with the purchase of an event entry ticket.
• Carer Entry Tickets are available via application through the AXS website on the application form referenced on the official event website. Please apply in advance as we may not be able to facilitate on the event date.
• If you have purchased a ticket for an Accessible Viewing Area, a carer ticket is automatically included.
• The Event has a set capacity, and we are unable to provide Carer Entry Tickets if the event or date has sold out.
• You will be asked to provide evidence to confirm your request.
• The individual in possession of a carer ticket must arrive with the person they are assisting.

The Free Carer Entry Ticket will be cancelled, void, and entry to The Event denied if evidence is not provided, insufficient evidence is received, or a fraudulent request is received.

Carer tickets are not allocated to parents / guardians of children aged 12 and under, as all children attending POTP must be accompanied by a responsible adult / carer. See Age Restrictions for further information.

Accessible Viewing Areas

The Event operates Accessible Viewing Areas for applicable customers, including Access Viewing Platform, Seated and Standing areas.

• Tickets for the Accessible Viewing Areas will be on sale via AXS. Each ticket purchased will include 1 complimentary PA ticket who will also get access to the platform. Please book in advance as we may not be able to facilitate viewing area access on the event date.
• Accessible Viewing Platform Passes are available to individuals who are restricted to wheelchair use or need to be seated to be able to watch performances. They are only available to those with life-long access or medical requirements. We are unable to accept requests from individuals who are pregnant or have a temporary need (including broken limbs).
• A maximum of one person will be permitted to accompany the individual on the platform.
• You will be asked to provide evidence to confirm your request.
• The platform has a set capacity, and we are unable to provide Accessible Viewing Platform Passes if capacity has been reached. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis and spaces are purchased in advance.
• If the platform reaches capacity, those able to stand that are accompanying others may be asked to temporarily vacate the platform to allow space for those unable to stand.
• Smoking is not permitted on the platforms.
• Anyone found to be misusing the Accessible Viewing Platforms, Accessible Viewing Platform Passes or behaving in an unacceptable manner will be asked to leave. We reserve the right to remove and void Accessible Viewing Platform Passes from individuals who have been asked to leave.

Accessible Toilets

• Accessible Toilets are available to individuals who require them. Please see the event website for further information.
• Anyone found to be damaging, misusing or withholding use from customers who have a genuine reason to use the Accessible Toilets will be ejected from the event site.

British Sign Language (BSL) Performance Interpreting

• The Event operates BSL Performance Interpreting at selected stages.
• BSL Passes are available to individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing.
• Tickets for the BSL areas will be on sale via AXS. Please book in advance as we may not be able to facilitate on the event date.
• You will be asked to provide evidence to confirm your request.
• BSL areas have a set capacity, and we are unable to provide BSL Passes if capacity has been reached. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis and spaces must be purchased in advance.
• Anyone found to be misusing the BSL areas or behaving in an unacceptable manner will be asked to leave. We reserve the right to remove and void BSL Passes from individuals who have been asked to leave.

Chairs

Camping chairs, and similar items, are not permitted at the event for safety reasons. If you require the use of a chair, please contact the access team via the official event website. Any authorised chairs must:

• Display an "Approved Chair" pass, available from Welfare or the Gate Manager.
• Be folded and packed away when not in use.
• Not cause an obstruction or be placed within tented structures, emergency exit routes or past the sound desk / front of house at any stages. Chairs causing obstructions will be confiscated.
• Not be left unattended. Any found will be taken to Lost Property.

We reserve the right to ask chairs to be removed or relocated for safety reasons. Instructions by event staff must be followed.

Parking

• Accessible Parking tickets are available via application through the AXS website on the form referenced on the official event website.
• It is the ticket holder's responsibility to make appropriate travel arrangements and plan their journey to and from the event.
• Parking is at your own risk. We will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages to motor vehicles if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons or third parties.

Accommodation

• There is no onsite accommodation available for this event.
• No overnight stay is permitted within the event site.

Activities & Attractions

Additional activities and attractions may be operating at the event including (but not limited to) fairground rides and Sponsorship activations.

• Where these are operated by a third party, The Organiser of POTP is not liable and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by an individual's use or engagement in the Activity and / or Attraction.
• Activities & Attractions will have in place their own Refund policy. The Organiser of POTP cannot assist with or is liable for refunds or compensation.
• It is your responsibility to check you are in the correct physical condition, of the correct age and meet all requirements prior to using the Activity and / or Attraction. You must refer to signage and staff provided by the Activity / Attraction operator for further information.
• Where time slots or a pre-booking system is in place it is your responsibility to arrive at the allocated time.
• The above applies to Activities & Attractions that are free to use and those that require payment.

Age Restrictions & Identification

We reserve the right to request photographic ID from you on entry, while in the event site or on exit.

• Accepted ID includes a valid in-date photographic driving licence, a passport, or a Citizen Card with approved hologram. Photocopies and Proof of Age Cards will not be accepted.
• If you cannot provide ID that is valid and in date, you will be refused entry into the Event or ejected from the event site.

All Entry Tickets

• It is the ticket holder's responsibility to check age restrictions for the specific event and ticket type prior to purchase. Refunds cannot be arranged for incorrectly purchased tickets. Challenge 25 is in operation.
• Accepted ID includes a valid in-date photographic driving licence, a passport, or a Citizen Card with approved hologram. Photocopies and Proof of Age Cards will not be accepted.
• If you cannot provide ID that is valid and in date, you will be refused entry into the Event Site.

General Admission Entry Tickets

• Children aged 2 or under do not require a ticket. They must enter with and remain accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21 or over who is in possession of a valid entry ticket.
• Children 12 years and under are free but will still require a valid entry ticket. These are available from official ticket agents. They must enter with and remain accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21 or over who is also in possession of a valid entry ticket.
• Children aged 13–17 require a valid entry ticket which must be purchased in advance. They must enter with and remain accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21 or over who is also in possession of a valid entry ticket.

Gold Circle Entry Tickets

Under 18s will only be permitted entry if in possession of a valid Gold Circle ticket which must be purchased in advance. They must enter with and remain accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21 or over who is also in possession of a valid Gold Circle ticket.

VIP Entry Tickets

Under 18s will only be permitted entry if in possession of a valid VIP ticket which must be purchased in advance. They must enter with and remain accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21 or over who is also in possession of a valid VIP ticket.

Under 18s

• It is the ticket holder's responsibility to check age restrictions for the specific event and ticket type prior to purchasing tickets for those aged Under 18. Refunds cannot be arranged for incorrectly purchased tickets.
• We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any Under 18s on site.
• Intoxicated adults aged 21 or over who are responsible for Under 18s will be refused admission. The Police will be called if there are concerns regarding duty of care of the Under 18.
• Where Under 18s are permitted entry, they must remain accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21 or over while at the event.
• A maximum of two Under 18s may be under the responsibility of an adult aged 21 or over.
• Under 18s are not permitted to enter Dance Tents.

Alcohol

• Alcohol can only be purchased and consumed by those aged 18 or over.
• Proxy Sales — any individual found to be purchasing alcohol for another individual aged under 18 will be ejected from the event site. Challenge 25 is in operation.
• Accepted ID includes a valid in-date photographic driving licence, a passport, or a Citizen Card with approved hologram. Photocopies and Proof of Age Cards will not be accepted.
• If you cannot provide ID that is valid and in date, you will be refused sales of alcohol at the event site.

Additional Age restrictions may be in place at the event and you should refer to signage or speak to staff for further information. This includes:

• Gaining access to age-restricted areas.
• Engaging in age-restricted activities.
• Purchasing age-restricted items.
• Sampling age-restricted items.

Charity Donations & Contributions

• A compulsory £3 contribution to the Community Fund is added to each ticket.
• This value is the minimum ring-fenced amount that The Organisers will contribute towards charity and community projects.
• Charity Donations and / or Contributions will not be refunded if the event is cancelled or postponed.

Code of Conduct

• We expect everyone attending the festival's events (including the Campsite, the Community Parade, POTP Brighton and the Village Party) to behave in a manner consistent with the celebration of the festival and the positive value of diversity and identity in the LGBT+ communities.
• Any offensive behaviour or language including homophobia, transphobia, racism or sexism will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to evict from site any individual or group.
• All event staff, security personnel, medical teams, Police, Fire and Ambulance should be treated with respect.
• Any incident of sexual harassment towards anyone working on the event will be reported to the Police and dealt with accordingly.

Communicable Diseases

• You must follow any, and all, government guidelines regarding communicable diseases (which may be updated from time to time).
• You understand that we have the right, at our complete discretion, to refuse entry to any attendee who we reasonably believe may display symptoms of a communicable disease or who may not have followed relevant Government guidelines or our guidelines or entry requirements.
• We may require that any attendee leaves the Event where we reasonably believe that they may not be complying with these terms or any of our or relevant Government guidelines in force in relation to communicable diseases.
• You understand that there are risks associated with attending any gathering (including the Event). We will take reasonable steps to comply with any relevant guidance intended to reduce the spread of communicable diseases. However, we cannot be responsible for the behaviour or health of other Event attendees and cannot effectively ensure that no attendees at the Event will have a communicable disease. Accordingly, we will not be responsible if you catch a communicable disease at the Event or for any illness or death of any Event attendees caused by a communicable disease.
• You understand and accept that you will be attending the Event and using any facilities on-site at your own risk.
• You must follow all guidelines and / or entry requirements notified by us to you, and which will apply to your attendance at the Event. This may include providing evidence of vaccination status, testing on entry or evidence of testing prior to attending the Event. We may be required to amend our guidelines before or during the Event and ask that you comply with any updated guidelines notified to you.
• You understand and accept that where there is a conflict between any of the provisions in this paragraph and any updated government guidelines, the updated government guidelines will apply.

Health & Safety

• Admission is at the ticket holder's own risk. The Organisers and Premises Licence Holder will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or losses to individuals, property and motor vehicles if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons or third parties.
• Any personal property brought to the Event is at your own risk.
• Fires and the burning of any materials is not permitted anywhere on the Event site.
• Exposure to loud and excessive music may be damaging to your hearing. Hearing protection is available from the Info Point.
• Pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting and special effects may take place during some performances.
• Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted in any enclosed public or work areas of the event. This includes Big Tops and other tented structures. Failure to comply with these regulations and event signage will result in ejection from the event site.
• We do not condone the excessive consumption of alcohol or the possession or use of illegal substances. Please drink and act responsibly.

Local Community

• You must respect the neighbouring residents, businesses and other members of the public by arriving to and leaving the event quietly and calmly.
• To protect the environment, you must use the bins and recycling points provided.
• Local community contact channels are listed on the official event website.

Media, Filming & Photography

By entering the event site, you:

• Consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded.
• Grant the Event consent to include your actual / simulated likeness for no fee within any publicity, marketing, or promotional materials including, but not limited to, television, feature films, radio, webcast, and other public broadcast and / or for any video / DVD.

Photography and filming for professional or commercial purposes

• Can only be undertaken at the event with the prior written approval and official Event accreditation from the Organiser.
• Equipment deemed professional or commercial is only permitted within the event site with the prior written approval and official Event accreditation from the Organiser.

Photography and filming for personal use

• Is permitted with non-professional or non-commercial equipment.
• It must be undertaken respectfully and in accordance with data protection law.
• You must not sell any photography or moving images from the Event for commercial or other gain. In the event of any subsequent commercial use, you agree to pay us for the cost of the licence issued for permission to take photographs / visual / audio recordings for commercial use.
• Photography and filming is restricted or prohibited in sensitive areas including welfare and medical centres, entry gates, search areas, security compounds and all backstage areas. We reserve the right to request that any prohibited photos or films are deleted.

Drones and other Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs)

• Are strictly prohibited within the event site while the Organisers have sole use. This includes the events build, live and de-rig phases.
• Are strictly prohibited within the period and area defined by any Temporary Airspace Restrictions (TAR) that may be in place.
• No unauthorised individual, broadcaster or company may operate, film or photograph with drones.
• Authorisation for drone use can only be granted by Event Control, in accordance with the events Drone Management Plan.

Privacy

• When purchasing your ticket, you will be required to provide personal details to facilitate the transaction and delivery.
• You may need to supply personal data when visiting our onsite services including (but not limited to) Ejections, Enhanced Search, Lost Property, Medical and Welfare.

Refunds

All tickets are non-refundable except if the event is cancelled or postponed.

Refunds are only considered if the Event is:

• Cancelled in full and not rescheduled (if the Event is partially cancelled your refund will be a proportionate partial refund).
• Materially altered, which is a change (other than a rescheduling) which, in our opinion, makes the Event materially different to the Event that ticket purchasers, taken generally, could reasonably expect.

The following are not deemed to be "material alterations":

• Changes to the Event line-up.
• Adverse weather conditions that do not lead to the event being cancelled.
• Changes to individual band / performer members.
• Curtailment of the Event where the majority of the Event is performed.
• Delays to starting a performance or the Event.
• Changes to event opening and / or closing times.

In the event of postponement of the event before it has started, and where it is rescheduled to another date, the ticket holder may elect to either use the existing ticket for the rescheduled date or apply for a refund:

• Refunds under these circumstances must be applied for within 7 days of the date of cancellation / postponement via your ticket agent.
• Any refund requests must be made by the original purchaser of the ticket.
• Refunds of any booking fees per ticket or per order fees are subject to the terms and conditions of the point of sale.
• Personal arrangements relating to the Event including, but not limited to, travel, subsistence and accommodation are at your own risk, and we shall not be liable for any losses incurred from personal arrangements or wasted expenditure beyond the ticket refund.
• Charity Donations and Contributions will not be refunded if the event is cancelled or postponed.

Searches and Prohibited Items

For the security, safety and comfort of all guests and staff, security searches will be in operation at the event:

• Searches will be at the discretion of security, event management or the Police.
• Searches will only be carried out by a licensed security staff member, or where required, the Police.
• As part of the search process, detection dogs may be in use.
• Searches may be carried out on entry, while in the event site or on exit.
• Searches may be carried out on individuals, possessions (including bags, wallets and clothing) or vehicles.
• At the entry gates, refusal to be searched will result in entry into the event site being denied.
• Within the event site, refusal to be searched will result in ejection from the event site.
• At search and entry points, the opportunity to give up (Amnesty) prohibited items prior to search will be in place. Once passed the Amnesty area, any person found in possession of prohibited items may be refused entry or ejected from the event site. Prohibited Items will be confiscated and disposed of.

Prohibited items

For the security, safety and comfort of all guests and staff, the Organisers reserves the right to confiscate items and dispose of them. Prohibited items include (but are not limited to):

• Aerosols and perfume
• Airhorns, klaxons and megaphones
• Alcohol
• Animals, except assistance dogs
• Bags and backpacks larger than an A4 piece of paper
• Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, roller blades and hover boards
• Cameras, film and video equipment deemed to be for professional or commercial use
• Camping chairs, stools, seat sticks, beanbags, and inflatable chairs
• Camping equipment, gazebos and generators
• Chinese lanterns
• Cigarettes, tobacco and cigars deemed to be above an amount for personal consumption
• E-cigarette liquid that is unsealed or unidentifiable (sealed personal vapes are allowed)
• Drones and other Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs)
• Fancy dress and masks that fully cover the face, motorcycle helmets and balaclavas
• Firewood, BBQs, cooking stoves and liquid fuels
• Flags, banners and poles (maximum pole size is 50 cm)
• Flares, fireworks, candles, pyrotechnics, smoke bombs / canisters
• Food and drink including soft drinks and water (empty non-glass bottles allowed — please fill up at the free water points across the Event Site; for dietary or medical reasons, please contact the access team via the official event website at least 72 hours in advance to discuss requirements)
• Glass of any kind including bottles and mirrors
• Goods for unauthorised trading, promotional or commercial activity
• Goods with unauthorised event or artist logos
• Hi-visibility jackets, bibs and tabards
• Illegal, new psychoactive and unidentifiable substances. Including paraphernalia, Nitrous Oxide and associated equipment such as balloons
• Lasers and laser pens
• Marketing or solicitation materials that are unauthorised including flyers, stickers and handbills
• Medication that is unidentifiable or tampered with (prescribed medication must be declared before entering the search and entry points; medication must be in its original packaging and the ticket holder must bring a copy of their prescription in their own name)
• Musical instruments
• Personal motorised vehicles (non-mobility scooters)
• Picnic blankets, hampers and cool bags / boxes
• Projectiles including catapults, frisbees and balls
• Protest items including cable ties, spray paints, fire extinguishers and branded banners, flags and clothing
• Radio communication devices, recording or transmitting devices
• Signs or materials displaying discriminatory, derogatory, or offensive messages, slogans or images
• Sound systems and personal speakers
• Spray cans
• Tools including penknives, multi-tools, blowtorches, ladders, hammers and screwdrivers
• Umbrellas (small folding umbrellas are permitted)
• Weapons or items that can be reasonably considered for use as one
• Items with logos, words, icons and / or imagery that could be deemed offensive

The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Prohibited Items list at its discretion.

Anyone resisting the confiscation of prohibited items or disregarding these conditions will be refused entry into the event or ejected from the event site. Confiscated items will be disposed of. The Organisers are not responsible for the loss or damage of any confiscated items.

A Zero Tolerance Policy regarding the possession, use or sale of illegal drugs is in place at the event. Anyone found in possession of illegal, new psychoactive and unidentifiable substances or paraphernalia, may be refused entry, ejected from site, or handed over to the Police.

Your welfare and safety is our primary concern. If you feel unwell you should speak to a member of event staff or visit the welfare / medical centre immediately for non-judgemental care and support.

Alcohol purchased at the event must be consumed within the event site. Alcohol must be disposed of or surrendered on exit.

Security

• You must comply with all instructions provided by event staff, security and stewards. Failure to comply may result in ejection from the event site.
• CCTV monitoring and recording is in operation for the purposes of crime prevention, safety, and security. By entering the site, you agree to grant the Event permission to film you. The scheme is operated by the organisers, who can be contacted via the official event website.

Right to refuse admission

To facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests and staff, the Organisers and Premises Licence Holder reserve the right to refuse admission (R.O.A.R.) to any individual or group. Reasons for refusal of entry include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of these T&Cs.
• Being banned from the event, previously refused entry, or ejected.
• Being in possession of a prohibited item.
• Being intoxicated or showing signs of substance use.
• Being under the permitted age of entry or failing to provide valid ID.
• Exhibiting dangerous or criminal behaviour.
• Exhibiting disruptive or threatening behaviour to other customers or staff.
• When attempting entry, not being in possession of a permitted ticket, accreditation or wristband.
• Refusing to be searched.
• Previously leaving the event and attempting to gain re-entry.
• Engaging in Ticket Touting or unauthorised Ticket Resale.
• Exhibiting offensive behaviour or using offensive language including homophobia, transphobia, racism or sexism.

If you are refused entry, your ticket will be void and any wristbands / accreditation will be removed. If you are refused entry, you are not permitted to re-enter, or attempt to re-enter, the event site for the duration of the 2026 event. The Ejections & Refusals Manager decision is final. You are not eligible for refunds or compensation if you are refused entry to the event site.

Right to evict

To facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests and staff, the Organisers and Premises Licence Holder reserve the right to evict from site any individual or group. Reasons for eviction from the event site include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of these T&Cs.
• Being in possession of a prohibited item.
• Being intoxicated or showing signs of substance use.
• Being under the permitted age of entry or failing to provide valid ID.
• Exhibiting dangerous or criminal behaviour.
• Exhibiting disruptive or threatening behaviour to other customers or staff.
• Trespassing.
• Having been previously ejected or banned from the event.
• Not being in possession of a valid entry ticket, accreditation or wristband.
• Accessing or attempting to access areas that are restricted or those that are not included in the entry ticket, wristband or accreditation in the individual's possession. This includes back of house, stage and upgrade areas.
• Accessing, attempting to access or climbing on equipment, fences, stages, roofs and other apparatus or constructions.
• Refusing to be searched.
• Urinating or defecating in places other than a toilet.
• Smoking (including e-cigarettes) in any enclosed public or work areas of the event.
• Carrying out unauthorised trading, promotional or commercial activity.
• Carrying out Proxy purchases of alcohol or other restricted items.
• Intentionally disrupting response to an emergency incident including medical, welfare, fire, safety, security or Police.
• Intentionally damaging, moving or blocking infrastructure installed for safety reasons including barriers, fire extinguishers, emergency kit bags, first aid kits and emergency exits.
• Carrying out a protest that is (or has the potential to) cause public disorder, distress, damage or disruption to the event.
• Theft from the Organiser, Customers, Staff or Event Suppliers.
• Encouraging and / or exhibiting disruptive or dangerous crowd behaviour including crowd surfing, mosh pits, extreme swaying, pushing & shoving, throwing of projectiles, surging, or running.
• Engaging in criminal damage or acts of vandalism including graffiti.
• Misuse of and / or disruption to Accessible services and facilities including Toilets and Platforms.
• Exhibiting offensive behaviour or using offensive language including homophobia, transphobia, racism or sexism.

If you are evicted from the event site, your ticket will be void and any wristbands / accreditation will be removed. If you are evicted from the event site, you are not permitted to re-enter, or attempt to re-enter, the event site for the duration of the 2026 event. The Ejections & Refusals Manager decision is final. You are not eligible for refunds or compensation if you are evicted from the event site.

Police cooperation

• We work with the local Police for the purposes of safety, security, preservation of life, maintenance of law and order, and the investigation of crime and preservation of the King's Peace.
• Individuals or Groups suspected of being involved in a criminal offence or found to be in possession of illegal items will be handed to the Police.
• If the Organisers suspect a criminal offence has been undertaken within the event site, the Police will be informed.
• We will assist with any Police investigation as legally required to do so. This may include providing witness statements, customer data, event logs and CCTV recordings.
• We reserve the right to ban individuals and groups from all our events, including those held at other venues, at our discretion.

Tickets & Accreditation

• AXS is our only authorised ticket agent. Do not buy tickets from other third-party sources, as we cannot guarantee entry or ensure these tickets are genuine.
• The Event is not responsible or liable for tickets sold through unofficial or unauthorised sellers.

Unless prior written permission from The Organiser has been obtained, tickets cannot:

• Be used as part of any competition, marketing, media, or sales promotion whether for commercial or non-commercial gain.
• Be re-sold whether for commercial or non-commercial gain.
• Be transferred whether for commercial or non-commercial gain.

Tickets obtained in breach of these T&Cs shall be void, and all rights conferred on you or evidenced by such ticket shall be void. If you seek to gain entry to the Event using a void ticket, then we reserve the right to refuse you entry to the event or eject you from the event site. You may be liable to legal action for trespass. Void tickets are non-refundable.

• Tickets are in the form of barcodes and will be scanned upon entry; once a barcode has been scanned it cannot be used again. Tickets with invalid or duplicate barcodes will not permit entry into the event site.
• Tickets are only valid for the event, venue and date stated on the ticket. It is the ticket holder's responsibility to check the event details prior to purchasing — you should check carefully before confirming payment. Refunds cannot be arranged for incorrectly purchased tickets.
• Ticket holders should expect queues at the entry Gate and arrive with plenty of time before the first act that they wish to see. No refunds will be given for acts missed or if the arrival is after the last entry time.
• Ticket holders must follow the Gate instructions on the ticket. The type of entry ticket will determine the entry gate you must use.
• You are responsible for your ticket until it is scanned and / or exchanged for a wristband / accreditation.
• Tickets that are tampered with, lost, or stolen will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced, reissued or refunded. In the event of accidental damage, refer to point of purchase prior to Event.
• Please treat your ticket as you would cash; we accept no responsibility or liability for any inconvenience caused by the unauthorised duplication or loss of a ticket. Do not post images of your barcode on social media or share with friends.

Wristbands & accreditation

• Where applicable, valid tickets will be exchanged for a Wristband or other form of Accreditation.
• Wristbands / accreditation cannot be issued until the day / date stated on the ticket.
• Wristbands / accreditation can only be issued directly to the ticket holder. It is not possible to collect on behalf of others or in bulk.
• Wristbands must be placed and secured directly onto the individual's wrist by event staff.
• You are responsible for your wristband / accreditation for the duration of the Event.
• If removed from the individual, tampered with, lost, or stolen, your wristband / accreditation will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced.
• Wristbands / accreditation issued by the Event remain the property of The Organisers until 24 hours after the final date of POTP Brighton 2026.
• No access will be permitted to restricted or upgrade areas (including, but not limited to, VIP) unless in possession of a valid ticket, wristband or accreditation.

Re-entry

• No re-admission into the event site at any time. If you leave, re-entry will not be granted.
• You may only leave and re-enter the event site during the Event at our discretion. The Gate Managers decision is final.

Timed entry tickets

• Permit discounted entry until the time specified on the ticket.
• If you arrive to the event after the specified time, you will be charged a late entry fee at the gate.
• The late entry fee will be the difference between the discounted timed entry ticket and the final release price plus transaction fees. We do not accept cash.
• Entry will be denied if the late entry fee is not paid.

Payment Plan tickets

Payment Plan tickets must be paid in full prior to the event. Failure to pay in full will render the tickets void and entry will be refused. Please see the Terms & Conditions of the Ticket Agent / Outlet for further information.

Groups and Bulk Tickets

• There is a maximum number of tickets available per booking. Please refer to the ticketing agent for further information.
• Purchases that exceed the maximum quantity will be cancelled.

Timings

• Opening and closing times will be made available on the events website and stated on entry tickets. Please check the website and / or your ticket for information regarding this. Opening and closing times are subject to change at any time without notice.
• Entry will not be permitted to Ticket Holders until the site is ready for public access.
• No admittance for Ticket Holders after the last entry time. It is the ticketholders responsibility to allow time for travel and queues. Please check the website and / or your ticket for information regarding this.
• Performance / Set Times will be available at the event and are subject to change at any time without notice.

Trading & Payments

• The event is cashless. All purchases, including food, drink, and merchandise must be made by payment card or another form of electronic payment.
• No cash machines will be available onsite.
• Strictly no trading, promotional or other commercial activity will be allowed on the event site without the Organiser's prior written consent.
• The Organiser accepts no responsibility for goods or services purchased from third party traders.

Travel

• No event-operated car park, or onsite parking is available for this event.
• No event-operated pick-up or drop-off location is available for this event.
• It is the ticket holder's responsibility to make appropriate travel arrangements and plan their journey to and from the event.

Venue

• The event is held on a greenfield site and ground conditions are variable. Please ensure you have planned for the ground conditions and wear appropriate footwear.
• The event is held open-air. Please ensure you have planned for the weather conditions and wear appropriate clothing.
• Access to designated areas / venues within the Event is subject to capacity restrictions and operate on a first-come first-served basis. We accept no liability and will not offer any Ticket refunds if a Ticket Holder is unable to attend a specific performance listed on the schedule.
